Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, BeNeLux, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Germany: we deliver free of shipping costs.

We charge as follows for the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding):
The shipping of bicycles is only possible within Germany and is completely free of charge to the curb.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Austria, BeNeLux, Denmark,: from an order value of €400.00, shipping is free of charge, otherwise €4.90 per delivery or order.
From an order value of € 400.00 we deliver free of charge.

France, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary: from an order value of € 400.00, shipping is free of charge, otherwise € 6.90 per delivery or order.
From an order value of € 400.00 we deliver free of charge.

Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Portugal, Romania : from an order value of € 500.00, shipping is free of charge, otherwise € 9.90 per delivery or order.
From an order value of € 500.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Delivery periods

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider) your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
